Kudos to a very friendly female employee with a patience of an angel, working today on a pick up window. Repeating the same things every minute to a new person all over again would have driven anyone crazy but you manage to stay patient friendly and helpful. I waited for my order for 30 min and got a parking ticket but I still feel good because of you and your kindness. You rock, wish you all the best, get out of this crazy place

Just be aware if you’re a walk in, this spot is “The Colony” style setup. It’s a multi restaurant service center in one spot. You order on a kiosk or via QR code on wall and pick up there with up to 20 different restaurants on location. You can mix and match too. They text you to confirm and text you when it’s ready. I ordered main chick hot chick 3 piece tenders Medium, Creamy Coleslaw, 1 Leg Quarter, Buttermilk Ranch, MC Sauce. The chicken was just as great as the stand alone “Main Chick” so it’s good to go. This feels more like an order and pick up spot but there is optional indoor or outdoor seating. Feels like a food court style setup in one spot. Also they do sell alcohol too. I’d definitely come back for their other offerings.

A little nauseous from my food, but that’s to be expected when you order smothered cheese fries! I got the JackFruit Cafe smothered fries. They were delicious. The vegan cheese was a bit much but not terrible, it’s just so rich in its flavor. My mother got the Honey BBQ chicken wings. She didn’t like how much sauce was smothered on them and without wet naps. Please provide those as a courtesy. It’s really silly that you don’t have them. There is no courtesy water bar (they would be lovely). I was completely shocked at the timeliness of when I put the order in and receiving the order. We got our order within about 15 minutes. Last time I was here, which was many months ago, it was a disaster. Big improvement. I’ve never had rude customer service. They were all very lovely and polite and I’ve only interacted with men just an interesting thought.

I accidentally ordered from the Santa Monica location, but meant to get it from the Venice location. When I showed up, they not only took care of me and replace my order immediately but they did. It was so much kindness. Greatly appreciate that kind of Customer Service.
